Christian Jaramillo grew up in the Ecuadorian countryside surrounded by his family’s coffee plantations. He fell in love with country life and enjoyed the abundant and diverse nature there. He quickly turned his passion into a career by obtaining his naturalist guide license. In 2005, he headed to Europe and discovered the island of Formentera in 2006. After several years working as a gardening employee, he decided to become self-employed in 2013, and that’s when Jardines Jaramillo was born.
Jardines Jaramillo grew gradually, offering a wide range of services including maintenance, irrigation system installation, phytosanitary control, plantation projects, etc. In 2024, the company became a family business when Christian partnered with his wife Sandra to take a step forward and allow the company to acquire a Garden Center in Formentera.
